Care instruction for engineered wood and Veneers

Engineered wood is also known ascomposite wood, man-made wood. It is manufactured by binding or fixing the strands, particles, fibers or boards of wood together with adhesives or any by other method. These products are engineered to precise design specifications that are tested to meet national or international standards. A large variety of furniture, decor products and kitchen and dining products are crafted with engineered wood today and are a fantastic alternate to solid wood.

• Dusting the products is very important as dust may cause scratches on the product.

• The products crafted with engineered wood or veneershould not be exposed to direct sunlight, as it may fade the product.

• Do not expose the products to direct heat source like a fire place or a radiator to prevent warping and distorting.

• Always keep the product under controlled temperatures away from humidity.

• For normal cleaning, wipe with a soft cloth and a solution of water and mild detergent. Wipe dry.

• For spot cleaning, spray with an all-purpose cleaner, and wipe dry with a soft cloth.

• The clocks and decor items crafted with engineered wood should be kept or hanged on the wall which is not directly over the fireplace or receives direct sunlight.
